Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information AgentKubeApp collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this website, the console, the hosted service and the runtime you may run in your own environment.

Who is responsible

For your account and our website, AgentKubeApp decides how personal information is used. For the content you and your customers put into the service, your organization decides, and we process it on your behalf to provide the service.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, organization, role and sign-in records. When you sign in with Google, Google shares your email and basic profile with us.
• What you tell us: answers you give when you sign up, ask for a plan, reserve a training seat or contact us.
• Usage information: how the website and console are used, and service records such as versions, usage counts and errors.
• Your content, on hosted plans only: the agents, knowledge, conversations, keys and settings you put into the hosted service, stored encrypted and not accessed by our staff (see below).

Hosted or self-hosted

Hosted: your content is kept separate for each organization and encrypted with a key unique to your organization. It is decrypted only by the service itself, as needed to run your agents. Our staff do not access it, except when you ask us to for support or when the law requires it, and apart from builder conversations used to improve the builder as described below, with personal details removed. Keys you save are never shown again in the console.

Self-hosted: your content stays in your environment. We receive only licence check-ins with versions and usage counts, never your conversations, files, knowledge or keys.

Google and other third parties

We use Google for hosting, sign-in and website analytics, and a small number of other service providers, such as email delivery, to run the service. They process information for us under their own security and privacy commitments. Services you connect yourself, such as your source repository and your AI model providers, receive what you send them under their own terms. Otherwise, your data stays on your side unless you use our hosted service.

How we use information

To provide, secure and support the service; to communicate with you about your account, requests and training; to understand and improve our products; and to meet legal obligations. On some plans, we use conversations with our agent builder, with personal details removed, to improve the builder. Your organization can ask us to turn this off. We never use your agents’ conversations with your own customers for this.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising profiles.

How long we keep it

We keep account information while your account is active and as needed for legal and accounting reasons afterwards. Hosted content is deleted when your organization asks for it or closes its account. Builder improvement data is kept for at most 24 months.

Your choices and rights

Account owners can ask for a copy of their organization’s data or for its deletion from Settings in the console. Anyone can ask us to access, correct or delete their personal information, or object to how we use it, by writing to privacy@agentkube.app. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We protect information with reasonable technical and organizational measures, described in the Trust center.

Where information is processed

We are based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16.

Changes

We will post any update here with its effective date and tell account owners about material changes.
